How many times a day can you climb Mt. Ivančica? At the end of April, Mt. Ivančica attracts many mountaineers during the "24h of Mt. Ivančica" race. The goal is to reach the top of Mt. Ivančica (1060 m) and descend to Prigorec as many times as possible. To participate in the ranking, it is necessary to climb to the top of Mt. Ivančica at least once in 24 hours. The ascent includes reaching the top, taking the stamp, descending and reporting to the scorer's table in Prigorec. If you are a runner, you can choose your own path to the top, using trails such as Konj, Pionir, Mzljak, Prekrižje, road or your own route.

Each ascent offers a unique experience, with wonderful views of the hills of Zagorje, Sljeme, the Slovenian Alps and the Pannonian plain. If you do not like running, that is fine, climbing Mt. Ivančica on foot is always a good idea. On the way, you will come across mountain streams, waterfalls and beautiful vistas, and the lucky ones can see up to 36 species of orchids. The day will see you off at sunset from the top of Mt. Ivančica. You can experience the magic of a night climb with the light of headlamps and wait for the dawn on your favorite trail with the awakening of nature and the chirping of birds.
